Terms and Conditions For Booking onto Stokie's EVORA - The Greek Tango Retreat - October 6th-12th 2024

The price paid does not include flights or transfers
The price paid does not include travel insurance
Stokie's is the sole ticket agent for this event. Tickets purchased through any other party will not be valid
It is your responsibility to communicate any special dietary requirements that you have with the Simantro Beach Resort at least two weeks before the start date of the event
I agree to allow Stokie's Dance Company to use my email address and phone number to contact me in relation to this holiday
With the exception of force majeure events, such as, war, hostilities, rebellion, revolt, revolution, closing/blocking the boarders, act of God (earthquake, fires, tidal waves, etc), acts or threats of terrorism, contamination by radioactivity, strikes, or lock outs in the area, payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances, and completely at the discretion of Stokie's
Places are non-transferable
Stokie's reserve the right to refuse admission to this event without explanation. In which case a full refund for the cost of the event will be given
Payment covers your room, breakfast and evening meal in the communal hotel restaurant. It does not include mid-day meals, any beverages, snacks, ice creams, spa treatments, or any other service provided by the hotel
Stokie's reserves the right to increase the purchase price of unsold places at any time. There are limited places, and limited places available at the introductory offer of £495 per person
